There are two primary approaches to normalize a more standardized projects and tenders data:

1. Keyword / Keyphrase extraction: To extract technical specifications and aid the search architecture
2. Named Entity Recognition: To fill out missing values in the dataset, infer fields from the textual data available and improve user experience in the search
